Managed the day-to-day operations for Phase II ESAs, delineation, remediation and risk assessment programs for many governmental offices like, Regional Municipality of York, City of Brampton, which included drilling more than 200 boreholes and 150 monitoring wells that included managing concurrent field teams, driller coordination, and management of laboratory submissions. The work plan included drilling the boreholes, managed the soil and groundwater submission, coordinated the use of Hydro-Vac in some of the drilling restricted areas, traffic control, police services, and completed the delineation and risk assessment when required. Furthermore, the drilling involved management of numerous sub-contractors and labs to complete the drilling process on a timely manner and within the estimated budget

residential, commercial, industrial, farmlands properties and Government
facilities (i.e. Municipal, Provincial and Federal facilities).
Peer review of environmental reports for providing advice to clients
regarding the environmental management of properties.
Remediation Manager for numerous projects require
cleanup due to soil and groundwater impacts from gas stations, auto service
garages, industrial, and dry cleaning facilities onsite or in the neighbouring

Greater Toronto Area, including dealerships, commercial and residential

Manager on a large industrial development project in Caledon, involving more
than 50 boreholes drilled and 30 monitoring wells installed for groundwater

Additionally, 12 domestic water wells were installed to supply water at
this development. The project was
successfully completed in less than 2 months and was under the original budget
by nearly 20%.
Managed the hydrogeological assessment program
in numerous projects. The work included
assess the hydrogeological setting, on-site subsurface investigations including
boreholes and groundwater monitors, surface water study, review proposed
construction activities, provide a preliminary assessment of the potential for
groundwater interception and inflow due to the anticipated construction works
and the need for dewatering to facilitate the construction activities, the need
for dewatering and a Permit To Take Water (PTTW) is required; and review of the
permit application may be completed by the MOECC, Conservation Authority (CA), Toronto Region
Conservation Authority (TRCA) or City of Toronto.
Hydrogeological Assessment and Groundwater Studies during the installation of
underground services to ensure that the excavation would not affect the potable
groundwater table for the surrounding properties. In addition, performed Single Well Response
Tests (Slug tests) at monitoring wells in order to estimate the hydraulic
conductivity (K) of the aquifer (water bearing strata)

obtained from data loggers (automated pressure transducers) which is a slightly
more accurate method to track water level recovery data.
Managed the study of surface water, sediment,
groundwater sampling methodology and soil issues. Involved in resolving on-going homeowner lot
drainage issues by introducing the design of a French drain system and a
practical and cost effective solution for the client. Addressed lot grading issues by introducing
retaining wall and modifying sidewalk gradient horizontally and laterally.

environmental contaminant impacts arising from petroleum hydrocarbons (PHCs),
polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), volatile organic compounds (VOCs),
